Short Description
This course teaches participants the essential communication skills needed to be a competent communicator. Students will learn everything from what makes a great communicator to effective questioning techniques and listing skills. This course is designed to give students easy to understand explanations and real world examples. Each hour is packed with highly effective interactive exercises.
